The fact that we actually have backs usually comes after we notice some back pain. Nowadays, our jobs do not demand such a physical movement and constant passive sitting leads to muscle weakness and back pain. But not only office jobs add to the bad posture people have. It’s also an incorrect and uneven weight on the backs (backpacks or bags) or a „one-sided“ sport activities people do. So how to fight this and improve your back posture?
